Returns/Exchanges:

Customised air fresheners and stickers are not eligible for returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Please ensure you follow the provided instructions and safety information for these products. We cannot be held liable for issues arising from non-compliance with these guidelines.

For non-customised products, returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
